Dr. Ludovic de Rochefort
CEO - FOUNDER
Ludovic de Rochefort, an MRI engineer and physicist (PhD, HDR) and CEO, designs and commercializes quantitative MRI biomarkers with a focus on neurology. He integrates instrumentation, signal processing, and AI to ensure reliable data acquisition, standardize quantification, and accelerate the clinical adoption of new imaging technologies.
Ludovic is an international expert in MRI, with expertise in both contrast mechanisms and instrumentation. He has designed MRI-compatible devices, fast field-cycling MRI systems, and original methods for quantifying the biophysical properties of living tissues. His expertise at the physics-medicine interface spans the fields of neuroradiology, neuro-oncology, pulmonology (MRI of gases, aerosols, and liquid ventilation), as well as cardiovascular applications (contrast agents, flow imaging) and osteoarticular applications (calcium/susceptibility).
Dr. Stéphane Roche
CTO - Medical director
Stéphane Roche, Medical Director, has experience in the hospital, academic, and industrial sectors, specializing in the design and clinical validation of proteomic, genomic/epigenomic biomarkers, and quantitative MRI imaging applied to degenerative and rare diseases. He has a strong background in quality, safety, and health data governance.
His expertise spans five therapeutic areas—neurology, neuromuscular disorders, musculoskeletal disorders, cardiology, and endocrinology (diabetes)—combined with four core areas of expertise: medical imaging, protein biomarkers, medical genetics/epigenetics, and regenerative biotherapies. Stéphane has notably worked at the reference center for Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease.
Samira Mchinda

Samira Mchinda is a neuroscientist and research engineer specializing in MRI imaging, with a focus on developing advanced quantitative methods for investigating neurodegenerative diseases. Trained as a physicist, she is an expert in myelin imaging, particularly using inhomogeneous magnetization transfer (ihMT), T1 mapping (MP2RAGE), magnetic susceptibility, and ultra-high-field MRI (7T).
She is currently engaged in a translational approach integrating quantitative MRI, artificial intelligence (segmentation, registration), and clinical constraints, aimed at enabling personalized diagnosis and monitoring of neurological diseases.
